Terms and Conditions

Annual Service of Air Conditioner

  • We will provide four services, two in dry and two in water (B.D.S.) for a one-year ordinary contract at Rs. 1800/- for window ac and Rs. 1400/- for split ac. 
  • Dismantle service is not included in this contract
  • If a problem occurred with the machine, it would not receive a comprehensive contract, but it would still be repaired completely. 
  • For a one-year comprehensive contract, we will give four services, i.e., two in dry and two in water (B.D.S. ), at Rs. 3500 for window ac and Rs. 4000 for split ac.
  • A contract once placed will not be canceled, and if cancelled, the paid amount will not be refundable.
  • The comprehensive contract included gas refills, PCB repairs, and other electrical parts but excluded cooling coils, condensers, compressors, and plastic parts (grill and remote, fan, bail).
  • Customers will be charged Rs. 500/- for transportation in a comprehensive contract. 
  • If any spare part needs to be replaced while servicing the ac, the customer must pay for it in the labour contract, excluding the compressor. 
  • In a comprehensive contract, if any spare part needs to be replaced while servicing the ac, the customer will be charged.
  • The service contract will be accepted if the equipment is checked and verified to be in working order by a Gupta Home Services representative. 
  • Inspection and service under this contract will be carried out 24 hours a day.
  • The above contract is applicable in Mumbai, Navi Mumbai and Thane city only
  • If the machine was brought to the office for repair, you must also pay the transportation costs.
